The Sierra Leone Resource & Mining Regulatory Initiative (SLRRI) is an independent, private-sector initiative dedicated to strengthening Sierra Leone’s regulatory framework for gold and diamond mining.

SLRRI supports policy development, regulatory reform, and responsible resource governance by combining international standards with practical, on-the-ground experience. The initiative promotes transparency, compliance, and investor confidence across Sierra Leone’s mining sector.

SLRRI is not a government authority and does not represent the Government of Sierra Leone. All due diligence, advisory services, and investor introductions are conducted by Clinton Consultancy SL Ltd, an experienced legal and mining advisory firm operating in Sierra Leone and internationally.
